He has a proven track record in business development, supply chain management, Lean six sigma, workforce operations & implementing sustainable cost reduction strategies in manufacturing and service sector’s both in Sri Lanka and Australia. Was the former Chief Executive Officer of Ravi Industries Limited (www.ravibrush.com) , Riley’s Group (www.rileysmats.com) and Toyo Cushion Lanka which are subsidiaries of the Multinational Business conglomerate Hayley’s PLC (www.hayleys.com). Ravi Industries Limited is one of the leading brush manufacturers and Riley’s Group is a leading floor mats manufacturers in Asia. Prior to that he was the General Manager Operations & General Manager of the PVC pipes business at Phoenix Industries Limited.
